Lululemon The Mat 3mm

Lululemon The Mat 3mm keeps the reversible, sweat-ready construction of the 5mm model in a lighter 3.87-pound package. Its smooth polyurethane top absorbs moisture for high-sweat grip, while the FSC-certified natural-rubber side adds textured traction for drier practice. The slimmer profile is easier to carry and gives closer floor feedback but provides less cushioning than The Mat 5mm. It contains latex, can have an initial rubber smell, and should be dried before rolling and stored out of direct sunlight.
